CSSR & SRRM DEGREE &P.G COLLEGE IS ONE OF THE PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGE FOR CO-EDUCATION.THIS COLLEGE STARTED CAREER GUIDANCE CELL IN THE YEAR 2012 WITH AN AIMED TO GUIDE THE STUDENTS OF DIFFERENT COURSES TO DIFFERENT CAREERS RELATED TO THEIR COURCES.THE CELL WAS OPENED BY FOUNDER OF THIS COLLEGE SRI C.V.RAJAGOPAL REDDY GARU,ON 20TH JUNE 2012.HE GAVE A LECTURE ON "IMPORTANCE OF THE CELL"



OBJECTIVES
  1. GAVE AVAILABLE UPDATED MATERIAL FOR JOBS.
  2. CONDUCT CAREER DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS& WORKSHOPS.
  3. CONDUCT AWARENESS PROGRAMS FOR TWICE IN EVERY SIX MONTHS.
  4. TO ORGANIZE LECTURES ON THIS CELL BY SUBJECT EXPERTS FOR OUR STUDENTS.
  5. TO TRAIN THE STUDENTS IN PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Activities of the Career Guidance and Placement Cell:
  1. Training Activities
    Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programs
  2. Aptitude tests and Group Discussions
    Aptitude tests and group discussions are conducted at regular intervals to enable the students to improve their performance in competitive exams
  3. Announcements
    Announcements of job opportunities and avenues for higher education are made through intercom during assembly at regular intervals and through notice boards.
